What you are buying

A personalised, computer-generated Vedic astrology report (PDF), created from the birth details you enter, using rules written by practising astrologers. It is a digital product delivered to your device, WhatsApp and email — it is not a live consultation, and it does not guarantee any life outcome. The sample preview and the "what's inside" list on each product page show you exactly what you will receive, before you pay.

Regeneration — always free

If anything goes wrong technically — the PDF fails to generate, the download link does not work, pages are corrupted or unreadable, or delivery fails — we will regenerate and resend your report free of cost, on the same birth details. If you made a genuine mistake typing your birth details, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will regenerate the report once with the corrected details, free of cost.

Refunds

Because the report is generated uniquely for your birth details within minutes of payment, it cannot be "returned". We therefore do not offer refunds on successfully generated and delivered reports. A full refund is issued only when: (a) payment was deducted but no order was created; (b) we are unable to generate and deliver your report within 24 hours despite regeneration attempts; or (c) you were charged more than once for the same order. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.
